Energy Healing and Business Strategy with Aleya Harris

In this episode, our guest Aleya share her experiences of breaking free from traditional molds to align their businesses with their unique approaches. Inspired by Oprah's example, Aleya highlights the importance of infusing authentic selves into work for differentiation and purpose. We discuss the transformational power of acknowledging one's worth, sharing personal experiences, and embracing radical authenticity.

Who is Aleya?

Aleya's journey has been anything but conventional. From a career in marketing to becoming a private chef, and then back to marketing, she never stopped seeking her true purpose. Eventually, she rose to the ranks of being the head of marketing for a major food services and facilities management company in North America. Despite her success, she continued to feel a calling to do something more meaningful. Now, as an entrepreneur, Aleya is determined to make a difference and connect with people through her work. Her journey has led her to a place where she knows she has something important to share with the world.
